OxyCat®- Products
OxyCat® catalysts are used for water treatment and contamination control. All applications share the SilverSan®-modified surface with its unique catalytic properties in aqueous media even at low temperatures. Its high redox potential makes it a powerful repellent for microorganisms. Due to this repellent effect we achieve a high level of protection against biofilm.

Product Class 1: Knitted Fabric, Rope, Braided Fabric
Centerpiece is a silver wire coated with OxyCat®. The wire is made up of > 99 % Ag with a diameter of 0.1 mm.
- Main application: keeping water fresh in appliances, water coolers, bottles, canisters etc.

Braided Fabric: Unique Feature
Other than with knitted material/rope it is possible to adjust catalyst concentration. Hence, the quantity used can be adjusted to perfectly meet the requirements.
- Advantage: Various catalyst concentrations can be integrated in one single casing.
- Implementation: It is possible to choose how many standing threads will be equipped with additional silver threads. Braided fabric without silver threads is used as a casing.
